Diamond Head Theatre is located near Kapiolani Community College at the foot of Diamond Head. It is considered the Broadway of the Pacific, producing live community theatre entertainment and advancing the theatre arts through education. It has musicals and plays - six theatrical productions - for over 40,000 theatre-goers each season. It also conducts performances for the impaired. Post-show discussions, providing an inside look at the artistic process of the theatre, are held. During each production, the theatre lobby has an art exhibit featuring popular local artists. Summer school programs are offered for children aged 7-16. Acting courses are organized for adults.
