A long established family-operated firm, they know the success of any transaction depends on how the details are handled. Starting with sitting down with buyers and taking their loan application, and helping them sort through the myriad (and sometimes confusing) loan programs offered by lenders. They attend the home inspections and appraisals for our clients (for both buyers and sellers) and all the details in between; they even do the "closings" after normal business hours (evenings and weekends) ourselves when your work or personal schedule gets "a little tight". Owner/Broker Andy Enrico has been a Realtor since 1977, and holds a CRS designation. A 38-year resident of Boise, he's a "Selling Broker" with very strong "hands on" involvement with all the transactions in the office.
