Bitner Vineyards were planted in 1982 with the first production in 1985. There are 12 acres planted to Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Johannisberg Riesling. In the past, Ron Bitner has sold his grapes to other Idaho wineries. Starting with his Chardonnay, a selected portion of his wines are being bottled under his own labe. At this time, there is no facility at the winery for receiving visitors.
