The Bardenay Restaurant is a North America's premiere restaurant along with bar and distillery. The menu includes appetizers mainly of smoked salmon spread, Mediterraneo plate, and mint, honey and ginger marinated lamb; soups and salads, entrees, and sandwiches. It also features a copper still that produces light rum, dry gin, and vodka from fermented sugar cane.
