
The Caribou National Forest contains almost a million acres and extends in Wyoming and Utah. The forest features some 1200 miles of hiking and backpacking trails. Anglers can explore about 250 miles of streams and 8,100 acres of lakes and reservoirs.
Hunters will find a variety of big game species, including elk, mule deer, bear, grouse, and ducks and geese. Winter visitors can ski at Pebble Creek on the west side of Mt. Bonneville.
