The museum contains collections of fossils, Indian artifacts, early railroad cars, and artifacts from many people who settled early Idaho. On the museum grounds are furnished replicas of a one-room cabin, general store, schoolhouse, barbershop, and a sheepherder's wagon. Hours are 10 to 5, Tuesday through Saturday, April 1 to November 15. The museum is closed on holidays.
