Overlooking the shores of Hayden Lake, the magnificent Clark Mansion majestically rests on a 12-acre wooded parcel. Its glorious past included princes, presidents and mystery. The mansion was originally constructed as a summer home for the powerful and very wealthy, F. Lewis Clark and his beautiful wife Winifred. The mansion was completed in 1910 and was the most expensive home in Idaho.This mansion, was in a state of decay when current innkeepers Monty Danner and Rod Palmer bought it in 1989.

There are 10 beautiful rooms all with private baths. They offer a gourmet 6 course dinner, to individuals, groups and guests, by reservation only. Dinner is served by candlelight in the formal dining room or in one of the cozy private dining rooms, complete with fireplace.
