Shoshone is an important highway junction in South Central Region. US 26 crosses east-west. US 93 comes in from the south and leaves with 26 towards the west. Hwy 75 heads north past the Shoshone Ice Caves and on to Sun Valley, and Hwy 24 heads east across the Snake River Plain.
