Deli George was opened in 1997. It features fresh roasted meats and Boise's Best Box Lunch, salads made from scratch and homemade soups. The menu includes roast turkey breast, corned beef, roast beef, and chicken salad sandwiches. It sells good quality sliced meats and cheeses by the pound. Catering is undertaken.
