Longhorn Restaurant is one of the oldest traditions in the Garden Valley area. The breakfast menu consists of western scramble, French toast, biscuits and gravy with two eggs, muffin, western sandwich, soft drinks, hot tea, and iced tea. The restaurant also serves chicken gizzards, shrimp cocktail, chicken pesto, spinach, chicken almond, BBQ baby back ribs, veggie burger, Swiss burger, chicken fried prime rib sandwich, French fries, dinner roll, and hot chocolate.
