Alto Pass

Alto Pass is located in southern Illinois in Union County southwest of Mt. Vernon between Anna and Murphysboro along Highway 127 near the Mississippi River and Cedar Lake.

The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 444, an increase of 27 since 1990.
