Barry is located in western Illinois in
Pike County about 25 miles southeast
Quincy and about 20 miles east of
Hannibal.
Recreation in the area includes Bow Lake Golf Course. For hunters, the area is known for its trophy-sized whitetail deer and fishermen have a nice selection of "small water" streams.
