D.Bob’s American Bistro offers lunch menu which includes Thai rolls, lettuce wraps, veggie Pattie, pork tenderloin salad, grilled pork tenderloin, and sauteed mushrooms. Goat cheese tart, roasted chicken sandwich, chicken or salmon Caesar, crab cakes, and ratatouille are included in the dinner menu. Wild mushroom chicken liver mousse, handmade ravioli, and cranberry and pear cobbler are the chef's specials. Desserts consist of silky creme brulee, triple chocolate brownie sundae, and warm apple tart. Alexander valley, champagne, pinot noir, and seghesio sangiovese are the wine specials. Catering facility is also available.
