The Trio Restaurant is located in the Homestead, a residential hotel built in 1928. The 4 course menu consists of curry roasted cauliflower, New Zealand venison, and Mexican papaya. Michigan brook trout roe, salsify wrapped in bread, and rutabaga sponge are included in the 8coure menu. Tour de Force menu includes pacific sea urchin, tempura of rock shrimp, and salad. They provide a variety of wines. Handicap access is available.
