Interstate 94 begins at the U.S.-Canadian border at
Detroit and heads in a southeasterly direction into northwest Indiana and then swinging to the north running by
Chicago and into Wisconsin through
Milwaukee. At Milwaukee, I-94 heads west into
Madison then through
Minneapolis and on into
Bismarck, North Dakota, eventually reaching its western terminus near
Billings, Montana.
