Madison

The town of Madison is located in southwestern Illinois in Madison County northeast of St Louis between Granite City and East St. Louis along Highway 3 on the banks of the Mississippi River near Horseshoe Lake--Madison County. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 4,297, a decrease of 332 since 1990.
