The Museum is committed to collecting, preserving, interpreting and exhibiting the military heritage of the state of Illinois. Currently the museum is offering changing exhibits on a variety of subjects related to military history of the state. The Museum is located on the grounds of Camp Lincoln, which is the headquarters of the Illinois National Guard, in a WWII-era Civilian Conservation Corp barracks.
