Illinois State's course is a public, 18-hole, par 71, 6,500-yard challenge located in central Illinois in
McLean County and hosts about 36,000 rounds per year. Originally designed in 1962 with a regulation 9 gracing the perimeter of the property and an executive 9 in the center, the course underwent a major face-lift in 2000. It reopened for play in July, 2001 to rave reviews.
