The mission of BraveHeart is to provide individuals and families with the support they need to cope with sickness, disability, or death. Whether assisting an adult with a terminal illness a senior struggling to maintain self-sufficiency, or a child grieving the loss of a loved one, BraveHeart strives to provide families with support and guidance from responsible, compassionate volunteers. Their goal is to address the emotional, social, spiritual and physical needs of the individuals and families they serve in an atmosphere of care and understanding.
