Paw Paw is located in north central Illinois in southeastern Lee County just east of Interstate 39.
Recreation in the area includes Shabbona Lake State Park, about 10 miles to the northeast, for those enjoying the outdoors. In addition, golfers can enjoy a quick round at O'Gee Golf & Country Club.
