The Fairwind is one of Chicago's oldest sailing schools, offering American Sailing Association Gold Standard certified sailing instruction from basic keelboat and basic coastal cruising through Bareboat Charter and coastal navigation. It is the only Chicago sailing school to teach on cruising yachts.
