Goshen

"The Maple City"

Goshen is located in Elkhart County (of which it is the county seat) just southeast of Elkhart along Highway 33 on the banks of the Elkhart River near Goshen College. Goshen is only 26 miles east of South Bend.

Goshen’s roots are traced back to Amish and Mennonite heritage that settled this area in 1834. The dynamic community offers visitors many entertaining options, while you can still see Amish with horses and buggies in the streets.

The central location of Goshen offers a wide range of hotels, and the Elkhart County Fair Grounds provides RV travelers a place to park their rigs.
