Located on West Washington Street, this center uses audiotapes, artifacts and photographs to re-create the history of the St. Joseph Valley. The core of the museum, Voyages Gallery, houses nine galleries that present different aspects of the area's development, including the prehistoric era and the advent of European settlement. KidsFirst Children's Museum offers a playful setting, including a canoe that children can climb in and out of, as well as hands-on exhibits.
