Open sided sightseeing cars, steam powered by a one third scale replica of an 1862 locomotive, are used for a 1.5 mile ride over a completely hand-laid railway. The tracks wind over low hills, curve around a small lake, overlook farmland, intersect with a local street, pass through a 100 foot tunnel and cross over and under handmade trestles.
Trains depart every 30 minutes Monday through Saturday 11am-dusk in April through December.
