Warsaw is located in
Kosciusko County (of which it is the county seat) south of
Goshen along Highway 15 just off of Highway 30. Warsaw is near the banks of the Tippecanoe River and
Winona Lake.
The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 10,797, a decrease of 171 since 1990.
