Ireland's most picturesque, fully restored Cornmill affords visitors the opportunity to grind corn and watch the production of flour and oatmeal. Built in the early 1800s the Cornmill boasts a grain drying kiln and three pairs of millstones, all powered by a water wheel and 1920's 'hot bulb' 20hp engine. Next door the Marine Park includes a very attractive herb garden, Tea room, childrens play area, visitor's centre. Tours of the Cornmill are available.
