High Noon Saloon and Brewery serves home-cooked food and fresh made beer. They are Leavenworth's home-town brewery serving fresh made award-winning craft beer from the copper-clad brewery in the saloon area. The authentic saloon bar, constructed in 1894, provides ten of the home brewed beers and an excellent selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
