The Blind Tiger first opened its doors for business in May 1995, becoming the first microbrewery in the city and the largest brewery in Kansas. It is a huge establishment with an incredible multi-level interior and seating capacity of 450 on eight different levels, including an outdoor deck. They offer an array of hand crafted ales.
