At Abruzzi Restaurant, they have created a 'board of fare' to salute the traditional cuisine from the regions of central Italy, southern Italy and Sicily, (with a sprinkling of Northern Italian favorites). Carefully prepared at the peak of freshness, their ingredients are as pure as those of any Trattoria from Rome to Palermo. The restaurant is Closed Sunday.

Abruzzi is a divided region of south central Italy. Abruzzi is a picturesque display of mountains, river valleys, high plateaus, dense forests and a coastal plain.

Abruzzi is sheep farming country, mainly in the mountains, where potent wines are produced to accompany a robust cuisine largely based on pasta, lamb, pork, poultry and abundant dairy produce.
