Located on Jefferson Street, this building was designed by Gideon Shyrock. In the rotunda is Joel T. Hart's marble statue of Henry Clay; in front of the 1836 building is the statue of Thomas Jefferson by Moses Ezekiel. Guided tours are available by appointment.Open Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
