This park is located on Pine Mountain at an elevation of 2,700 feet and preserves 1,283 acres of wilderness. A 3.5 acre lake is also located here and contains largemouth bass, bluegill, crappie, catfish and trout. Hikers enjoy the 14 hiking trails that cover five miles of the mountain terrain. The park does not have a campground, but primitive camping is permitted year-round in designated areas.
