Located in the historic Butcherton neighborhood, this was the home of the prolific inventor during his brief tenure as a telegrapher with Western Union Company, just after the Civil War. An early motion picture projector, cylinder and disk phonographs, several types of dictating machines and a collection of electric light bulbs are some of Edison's inventions on display.
