Golden Ranch Plantation

Golden Ranch is a 50,000-acre plantation located in the heart of Louisiana's Cajun country and close to the New Orleans International Airport. The plantation house, built in the 1860s, serves as the main lodge. It offers sporting activities including alligator hunting, wing shooting, and spring fishing. Drinks and Cajun food are served. Nature tours and meetings can be arranged. A museum containing plantation artifacts, and a plantation store are attached.
