Kate Chopin House

The Kate Chopin House is listed a National Historic Landmark and houses the Bayou Folk Museum. This is the home of Kate Chopin author of "The Awakening". The home is closed Christmas Day, New Years Day, Thanksgiving and Easter. Admission charged.
