Lake Bruin State Park

The beautiful, clear oxbow lake that was once part of the Mississippi River gives the park its name and gives visitors access to excellent fishing, boating and water sports along the lake.

Lake Bruin offers 25 improved campsites on the water's edge with a spectacular view of the lake, a primitive group campsite, three large fishing piers, a boat launch, rental boats and a boat shed for docking. A swimming beach, covered pavilion, picnic facilities and playground appeal to every age.
