Melrose

Melrose is located in Natchitoches Parish within the Crossroads Region, between Natchitoches and Alexandria on the banks of the Cane River along Highway 119 near Natchez, the Red Dirt National Wildlife Management Preserve, Kisatchie Ranger District of the Kisatchie National Forest, and Nantachie Lake.
