This is the site of a major Civil War Battle. The museum of Civil War artifacts, monthly special programs and a self-guided tour of the battlefield. There is also a picnic area and trails.

World Famous Armidillo Festival Hamburg AR May1-4 The World Famous Armidillo Festival takes place on Hamburg's town square and the surrounding blocks. Local bands play on Friday night of the festival and all day Saturday to ensure your weekend is the best.
