The Steak Knife Restaurant was established on December 27, 1971. The menu was that of a true classic steak house. Serving prime beef, The Steak Knife's menu then expanded to include select seafood, veal, lamb, pork and chicken. The Steak Knife has banquet rooms available and it's cocktail lounge has live Jazz on weekends.
