JC's Retreat is a luxury executive apartment in a small Condo cluster of six townhouse units, built 1940, in the Uptown/University area. On the first floor is a large living room with a sleeper sofa,dining room, an equipped kitchen, a utility closet, and a half bath. Off the livingroom is a private patio.On the second floor is a master bedroom, queen size bed, with private shower/tub bath and a private balcony overlooking the patio. A second bedroom has either a king bed or two twin beds and a private bath The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. There is private covered parking. Amenities include - an intercom/radio system. It allows music to be heard and allows you to screen visitors open the front gate open for your guests. Minutes to restaurants; a quarter of a block to the St. Charles Avenue Streetcar; to the Universities, French Quarter, etc.
