Come down the Bayou to the heart of Cajun Country. Enjoy Cajun cooking and hospitality with a French speaking family.Outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi is available. Only one hour from the New Orleans Airport and near the Houma Civic Center. The Crochet House, a suburban home is approximately 25 years old, built in the middle of old sugar cane fields. In the back yard will find an old syrup kettle to remind you of days gone by and a few plants of sugar cane growing. You can sit on one of the swings or hammocks and just relax watching the birds and squirrels at play or you can ask to see an interesting film on the Bayou area.
