The commune of Junglinster, population 5,753, is located 12 kilometers northeast of
Luxembourg City, along the N11 roadway.
Junglinster is known for its town church and the cemetary that surrounds it, especially for the churchs unusual pastel color scheme, and the tombstones of the knights of Linster. A more modern eye-grabbing landmark in Junglinster is the transmission tower for Radio Luxembourg, atop a nearby hill.
