Located on Beacon St., this is the famous Boston neighborhood bar which inspired the setting for the popular television series "Cheers". The front entrance of the bar was used for the opening scene for the series which aired from September 1982 for 11 seasons. This is the place where "everybody knows your name." The exterior is very familiar, but the inside is nothing like the TV version.

Food is available.

Open daily 11am-2am. Closed December 25.
