An early textile center, the Town of Clinton, named after NY Gov. DeWitt Clinton, is in Worcester County. Located in the Nashua River valley at the junction of State Highways 70, 62, and 110, Clinton lies midway between I-190 and I-495. Nearby are Sterling, Sterling Airport, and Boylston. Clinton is part of the Worcester, Massachusetts-Connecticut metro area.
