Contained within this 984-acre state forest are four 'wilderness campsites', with picnic areas. Also featured are scheduled programs for visitors, fishing, hiking areas and cross-country ski trails. Fever Brook runs throughout the forest and is stocked with trout. The entrance to this forest is off Route 122 in New Salem.
