Heritage Plantation |
Heritage Plantation is a diversified museum of Americana founded in honor of Josiah Kirby Lilly, Jr. by members of his family. A non-profit corporation, it is dedicated to the presentation and preservation of the collections assembled by the Lilly family and many other contributors.
This museum offers a wide collection of American cultural artifacts including a large collection of antique automobiles, military-related items, and a restored and operational carousel. Gardens, nature trails and a mill are on the grounds. A small bus provides tours of the plantation.
