Improv Asylum

Improvisation is a specialized form of acting in which no script is used. The story is created by a group of performers who simultaneously take the roles of director, playwright and actor. In essence, the "script" is written, directed and performed for the audience as it is created in the actors' mind. The Improv Asylum believes the comic spirit thrives under the loose "anything goes" atmosphere of improv.

The Improv Asylum schedules office parties, company events, dinner theatre, periodic training classes, and stages its own regular performances, no two of which are the same, in keeping with its philosophy.
