Jason Russell HouseGeorge Abbot Smith History Museum |
The Jason Russell House was the scene of fierce hand-to-hand combat between British soldiers and Minutemen during the battle of April 19, 1775. This 1740 house contains some 18th-century furniture and artifacts. The adjacent Smith Museum features an exhibit about Arlington history.
Open Tuesday-Saturday 1pm-5pm, otherwise by appointment in March through December. Closed holidays.
