Aigo is derived from the Provencal dialect expressing the Latin word for water, Aqua. Accordingly, provinces as well as North African traditions provide chef/owner Moncef Meddeb with the inspiration for his contemporary renditions of the sunny cuisine of the Mediterranean. It also offers private space, accommodating up to 35 guests for business or private functions with custom made menus to suit the occasion.
