The Paul Revere House was built about 1680 and is the oldest house in downtown Boston. The restored home, which Paul Revere owned 1770-1800, contains 17th and 18th-century furnishings and Revere memorabilia. A Colonial herb garden and Revere-made bell are on the grounds.Open daily 9:30am-5:15pm from April 15 through October 31. Open daily 9:30am-4:15pm November through December and April 1-14. Tuesday - Sunday 9:30am-4:15pm the rest of the year. Closed January 1, Thanksgiving, and December 25.
