With a capacity for 7,000 bottles of wine, Excelsior’s Wine Tower is the architectural focal point of the restaurant, housing over 600 bins of sparkling, red and white wines from around the world. The restaurant creates signature cocktails with flavorful ingredients, including mint and basil leaves, and fresh squeezed juices.
